Moncler W by White Mountaineering – Fall/Winter 2013 Collaboration Collection | Available Now

As a continuation to its popular Moncler V collaborative line with designer Hiroki Nakamura and his visvim brand, Moncler‘s Remo Ruffini looked to the Land of the Rising Sun once again for another fashion pioneer, Yosuke Aizawa of White Mountaineering, as his new collaborator. The result is the new Moncler W line, an ideal follow-up to Moncler V. Hinged on Aizawa’s technical know-how, which he honed while as an assistant to Junya Watanabe, the Moncler W Collection for Fall/Winter 2013 is a full ensemble of Moncler’s most popular silhouettes, completely re-appointed with cotton-nylon blend chambray, woven Fairs Isle wool inserts, and coated leather accents. With a focus on the outerwear’s utilitarian and functional aspects, Aizawa and the Moncler design team carfully went through each design with additional reinforcements in denim and/or leather at key areas.
Where the classics complement cutting-edge process, the Moncler W Collection for Fall/Winter 2013 comes in the forms of Moncler W Avenger Down Gilet, Moncler W Reaper Down Jacket, Moncler W Tenzam Down Jacket, Moncler W Lancaster Quilted Down Parka, and Moncler W Havoc Technical Chambray Down Parka.
